SHOPPING AND SHIPPING:

Q. What if I change my mind on my order after it has been submitted?
A. This is not normally possible unless you are able to email us within 2 hours of the order being placed in our system. The order will need to be the same value.

Q. What are my payment methods for buying product on your site?
A. Typically through PayPal but you can also pay using your credit card via PayPal. How PayPal works

Q. Which Currency does your website sell in?
A. We sell our products in various currencies. Your currency default is determined by your IP address.
You can also view your currency on the shopping cart and order page.
PLEASE NOTE: Your final currency payment will be based on your orders shipping address.

Q. What is your usual delivery time for ordered products?
A. We normally process your order as soon as possible and try to dispatch it within 2-3 business days or your order being placed and processed. The shipping time can be different depending on your location within Australia and around the world. A suggestion would be to use the tracking option for the shipping to ensure you can keep an eye on the item during its delivery process.

• In the unlikely case of the item being out of stock, we will try to make contact with you by phone or email and communicate with you on next availability for dispatch.
• If some of your information within your order is missing or incorrect, we will try to make contact with you by phone or email and amend it.
• If your payment has not gone through or if there is a problem with it, we will try to make contact with you by phone or email and amend it.

Q. Will you ship to other countries?
Y. Yes, we ship to many countries. Please check our shipping section on the ordering form and a list of countries will be displayed on the drop-down menu for shipping.

Q. Is the Goods and Services Tax (GST or VAT) added to my order?
A. If you order has been placed in Australia, you will be charged GST on the order. If you are ordering outside of Australia, there will be no GST or VAT charged. This may or may not be a cost within your country of delivery and Sasha and Friends are not responsible for payment of any Tax within your jurisdiction or country.

Q. What are my shipping options and when do they deliver?
A. We offer two options for shipping, Priority and Express through the Australia Post network. Both options will be available to you when you are ordering. Please note if you are outside of Australia, shipping times may differ from what is shown. The cart software will also calculate your specific item and change out the parcel type depending on what you order. It will also adjust should you order more items than one.

Q. What’s the story with the Free Stuff page?
A. Glad you asked. All the items that are listed on the Free Stuff page are absolutely free to download and enjoy. We will continue to add new stuff as well so be sure to come back and visit.

Q. Can I purchase books in large quantity for a special event of corporate use?
A. Yes you can. It would be best to contact us at enquiry@sashaandfriends.com and detail your opportunity there.

Q. Could I set up a Business account with you?

Q. How do I request reproduction rights for a portion of your books for classroom use?
A. Please email us at admin@sashaandfriends.com and type in the subject line – Att: Copyright Clearance Request and then in the body of the email type your request. You may need to be detailed with your request to ensure a prompt response.

Q. How can I request a digital copy of a book for a student with disabilities?
A. This will need to be a special request to us so please email us at admin@sashaandfriends.com and type in the subject line – Att: Digital Copy Request and then in the body of the email type your request.

Q. How can I order books for an Author visit to my school or reading group?
A. Please email us at admin@sashaandfriends.com and type in the subject line – Att: Order Book Request and then in the body of the email type your request.
